Expert Instructors: Our certified instructors are highly experienced and qualified to teach a group of individuals at varying levels, including working with pregnancies; just let us know in advance.
Customisable Packages: We offer a range of packages to suit your needs. You can choose the duration, pick your class from the Class Menu, and set the tone with your music choice. If you’d like to continue to use the space after, decorate it, or even book a treatment, we can build this in. Whether you would like refreshments as part of your package or bring your own, we have a small kitchenette.

Hiring Informaton For Events & Workshops

Please check our timetable the studios will be available for hire outside of these class times.

To confirm your booking we require a 30% non refundable booking fee. The remaining will be invoiced and must be paid by specific date.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the booking you receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellation inside of 2 weeks of your booking no refund will be offered.

You will be given 15 minutes either side of your booking to set up and clean up. If you require longer this can be discussed when booking.
Unless agreed otherwise, no shoes to be worn inside the studios, no food or drink to be consumed in the studios.
Please leave all props/equipment as you found them. Turn off all lights and sound systems.
A cleaning fee will be applied for larger events where deep cleaning is required, this will be discussed when booking.
Please take all rubbish with you.
