Mum & Baby Barre Classic
Our Mum and Baby classes are specifically designed post-natal workouts to get you back into shape after giving birth – get ready to feel strong and regain a bit of you again!
The Classic class is a dynamic, low impact, whole body barre workout with a focus on strenghtening your core safely with the close guidance of our instructors. Where possible please bring your litte one (pre walking/crawling) in carriers, so you don’t miss a single snuggle or beat. Class is 40 mins to ensure you get a great workout whilst keeping baby content. We recommend you have been signed off to exercise with a health professional before attending.
Pre Natal Barre Flow
A beautiful balance of yoga inspired flow to lengthen the muscles, weaved with a sculpting delve into some Barre based strength and conditioning developed for your evolving Pre Natal Body.
A class that focuses on the intelligent use of different planes of motion, maintaining strength, stabilisation, balance and relaxation. Release the tensions built up in your changing body, connect to your core and find yourself in flow.
